Service Delivery Manager

Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services, including being the escalation point for operational issues and addressing them in a timely manner.
- Service Development: Develop specialty service plans that align with the strategic aims and objectives of the organization.
- Business Planning: Undertake business and strategic planning, negotiating and securing resources needed for project completion and delivery.
- Performance Management: Work with the Deputy Divisional Director to negotiate service level agreements and ensure business cases are produced for service developments.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement service and business unit policies.
- Information Management: Collate and provide Directorate information to support the Divisional Performance Management System.
- Business Solutions: Manage and coordinate administration processes to enable effective monitoring and performance management of access and activity targets.
- Data Analysis: Gather and provide information regarding demand and capacity and utilization.
- System Implementation: Work with the Deputy Divisional Director to introduce systems for continuous performance measurement of services.
- Rotas and On-Call: Ensure rotas and on-call arrangements are in place to manage directorate services 24/7.
- Financial Management: Comply with financial processes and deadlines, delivering financial key performance indicators and forecasting outturn.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans to deliver productivity and efficiency targets.
