Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of services, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Develop and implement service plans that align with the strategic objectives of the Trust, ensuring seamless delivery of services and meeting performance targets.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Deputy Divisional Director to introduce systems for continuous performance measurement, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Capacity Planning: Work with the Divisional Director to negotiate and deliver performance agreements, ensuring effective capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain project plans to deliver productivity and efficiency targets, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery of projects.
- Financial Management: Comply with financial processes and deadlines, delivering financial key performance indicators and forecasting outturn with delegated responsibility.
- Rotas and On-Call Arrangements: Ensure rotas and on-call arrangements are in place to manage directorate services 24/7, 365 days a year.
Requirements
- Proven experience in service delivery and operational management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
