Business Growth Manager

M Trim Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality automotive interior solutions, is seeking an experienced and driven Business Growth Manager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aircraft interiors market that align with M Trim Ltd's growth objectives.
  • Client & Partner Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with airlines, OEMs, and strategic partners in the aviation sector.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue targets within the aircraft interiors industry.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities within the aviation sector.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful design, production, and delivery of aircraft interior projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing M Trim Ltd's innovative solutions and industry expertise.

Qualifications & Skills
