Overview:

This role is for an Insights and Analytics Lead who will spearhead the development and execution of marketing research and analytics initiatives that yield strategic insights, ultimately supporting long-term business objectives with a substantial impact on organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze market and patient insights through both primary and secondary data sources, conducting benchmarking and opportunity assessments.
  • Oversee marketing research and business analytics for a key brand or portfolio, as well as additional research as required.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities, prioritize information needs, and creatively apply market research methodologies to facilitate strategic thinking and informed decision-making.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate in shaping and executing the integrated insights and analytics strategy for the business.
  • Assist in defining a customer-centric vision and priorities for the insights and analytics team, informed by business needs and stakeholder input.
  • Proactively suggest analytical solutions to business inquiries and challenges, providing stakeholders with innovative, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making and business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in brand sales and marketing with a strong commercial and customer orientation.
  • Proven ability to cultivate trust-based relationships, enabling constructive challenges with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and familiarity with analytical models and systems.
  • Strong project management expertise.
  • Proven track record of identifying insights and business opportunities to enhance performance and effectively communicating these to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities across various levels of the organization; a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
