Overview:
The Insights and Analytics Lead will spearhead the development and execution of marketing research and analytical initiatives aimed at delivering strategic insights that align with long-term business objectives, significantly influencing company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze market and patient insights utilizing both primary and secondary data sources, conducting benchmarking and opportunity assessments.
- Oversee marketing research and business analytics for a major brand or portfolio, as well as conducting high-level operational research as required.
- Identify challenges and opportunities, prioritize information needs, and creatively apply market research methodologies to foster strategic thinking and informed decision-making.
Major Accountabilities:
- Collaborate in the formulation and execution of a comprehensive insights and analytics strategy for the business.
- Assist in establishing a customer-centric vision and priorities for the insights and analytics team, informed by business needs and stakeholder input.
- Proactively suggest analytical solutions to business challenges, providing key stakeholders with innovative, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making and business performance.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in brand sales and marketing with a strong commercial and customer orientation.
- Proven ability to cultivate trust-based relationships, enabling constructive challenges with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of analytical frameworks and systems.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Ability to discern insights and business opportunities that drive performance improvements and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
- Exemplary leadership skills across various organizational levels; a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
