Data Analytics Lead

This exciting opportunity is part of our centralised insights team, where you will be an independent thought leader, bringing a single source of truth and big picture perspective to our creative and commercial decision-making.
As a Data Expert, you will lead a team of multidisciplined specialists to provide best-in-class insight and reporting for C-Suite leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Combining multiple, highly complex customer, product, social, sales, and distribution data sets to deliver actionable insights.
- Prioritising reporting and data analytics requirements from C-Suite and Senior Leaders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Developing and managing the suite of analysis tools and methods, ensuring maximum impact and effective deployment.
- Critically assessing multiple data sets to inform business decisions.
- Defining and creating education and coaching programmes on all tools across the Insight function to ensure maximum impact.
We are looking for a strong business leader with a proven track record in data reporting leadership, including experience with multiple and mixed data sets. You will have a deep understanding of access and analytics tools, including reporting dashboards, modelling, and 3rd-party data. Excellent leadership and people management skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities under pressure.
