Outbound Customer Renewals Role

Location: Bristol Area

Hours: Full Time Permanent 35 hours per week

Salary: OTE of up to £32,000 per annum

Coulter Elite Resourcing is proud to be working with RAC, a trusted name in the automotive industry, providing a wide range of services including roadside assistance, insurance, and driving advocacy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of its members.

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Customer Renewals Advisor to join our team, who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through effective renewal strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored renewal plans to meet customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed renewal targets and revenue growth objectives
