Renewal Sales Role
Location: Bristol (Regional Hub)
Hours: Full Time Permanent 35 hours per week
Salary: OTE of up to £32,000 per annum
Coulter Elite Resourcing is proud to be working with RAC, a trusted name in the automotive industry, providing a wide range of services including roadside assistance, insurance, and driving advocacy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of its members.
We are seeking a skilled Renewal Sales Advisor to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through proactive renewal sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
