About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our residential service in Horsham. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of residents and stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and financial systems to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve their potential and deliver excellent care
  • Market the service to potential commissioners and referrers to secure new business
About You

We are looking for a Registered Manager with a QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You will have a strong commitment to person-centred independence-building services and experience of managing budgets and financial systems. As an experienced people leader, you will have a track record of developing a team and managing performance.
