Job Summary
Avanti is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher in Computational Biology to join our team. As a protein design specialist with expertise in RFDiffusion, you will play a key role in advancing our research in protein design and vaccine sequencing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel protein sequences using RFDiffusion and other computational tools.
- Collaborate with our research team to advance our understanding of protein design and vaccine sequencing.
- Develop and maintain computational models and algorithms for protein design and analysis.
- Communicate research findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in computational biology and protein design.
Requirements
- PhD in Computational Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Postdoctoral research experience in computational biology or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Experience with RFDiffusion and other computational tools for protein design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
