Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Harbour Hotel Brighton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional menus and providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie and will be able to confidently run their own section in the kitchen. They will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet the hotel's culinary standards
  • Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
