Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Deal Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Customer Success team, you will be responsible for processing quotes, obtaining discount approvals, ensuring compliance with published policies, and accelerating deal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales and Customer Success team in processing quotes and obtaining discount approvals
- Ensure data accuracy of closed deals
- Maintain and enforce agreed-upon approval processes and SLAs
- Drive system requirements to implement the Order to Cash process and improvements of deal desk policies and procedures
- Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for contracts policy and the deal approval process
- Partner cross-functionally across various stakeholder groups, including legal, sales, revenue, and finance
Requirements
- Proven success in SaaS/B2B industry, Deal Desk, Order management, Sales Operations, Customer Support or Services
- Highly organized, customer-focused, out of the box thinking, strong attention to details, and ability to multi-task
- Interpersonal skills - Excellent communicator and problem-solver
- Prior experience working with multi-national teams
- Salesforce experience - a must
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
- General high-tech/Start up/Software experience
