Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive senior administrator to oversee and coordinate the administrative functions across our campuses.
As part of a small administration team, you will collaborate closely with the Assistant Principal, Head of Student Experience, Curriculum Managers, and other relevant colleagues to enhance quality processes by monitoring actions, deadlines, and ensuring uniformity across various areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the administrative functions within the Faculty to support all staff and students effectively.
- Engage with curriculum and professional service teams to ensure accurate management of Faculty data.
- Work alongside the quality team to supervise curriculum-based quality processes, ensuring timely completion and consistent standards across the Faculty.
- Track and monitor the learner journey through College reporting systems and learner feedback initiatives, collaborating with curriculum and management teams to uphold the highest standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in administration management within an educational setting and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
