About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Lodge Manager at our Manor Lodge development in Ruddington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events and activities for Home Owners
  • Provide a high level of customer service to Home Owners, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the development
  • Assist with the administration of the development, including managing records and reports
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of the development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or property management setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
