Service Desk Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to employees
- Manage service desk tickets efficiently
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- ITIL v3-4 Foundation certification
- Experience working in an ITIL environment and Service Level Agreements
- Good understanding of IT Service Management
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server, and Office 365
- Knowledge of networking, including DHCP, DNS, and VPNs/Firewalls
- Experience with HP server and networking hardware
- Ability to set up and support mobile devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
