Job Title: 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and escalating issues to the 3rd line team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers
  • Manage service desk tickets and escalate issues to the 3rd line team when necessary
  • ITIL v3-4 Foundation certification
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment and Service Level Agreements
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management
  • Windows 10, Windows Server 2008/2012, 2016
  • AD Administration
  • Office 365 - Outlook client setup and troubleshooting
  • VMware
  • Azure cloud infrastructure/environment
  • Networking - DHCP, DNS and VPN's/Firewalls (ideally Sophos)
  • Experience of HP MSA SAN
  • Experience of HP server and networking hardware
  • Set up and support mobile devices
  • Support and manage printers and scanners
Requirements:
