Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to a female client residing in Redditch.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of an individual with a spinal cord injury and complex health needs. You will be instrumental in supporting her daily living, ensuring her well-being, and promoting her independence within her own home environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care, including assistance with personal hygiene, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Operate and maintain clinical equipment as required.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for the client.
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and healthcare professionals.
