We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and hygiene, as required
- Administer medication, as required
- Support with meal preparation and cooking
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments
- Engage in social activities and support independent skills
- Contribute to domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Maintain accurate records and update care plans as necessary
