Primary Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate property transactions by validating completion statements and executing payments.
  • Maintain Bankline templates for regular payees and assist in the authorization of outgoing payments.
  • Process telephone card payments and generate receipts for clients.
  • Contribute to the weekly Cashiers' report and address inquiries from fee earners and administrative staff.
  • Issue cheques, manage petty cash reconciliations, and support credit control efforts.
  • Complete various tasks to assist the Accounts Department while ensuring adherence to established policies.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Recent financial experience within the legal industry.
  • Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules and the conveyancing process.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
