We are thrilled to announce an opening at Barking and Dagenham College for the position of Apprenticeship Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager within our Apprenticeship division.

This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a competitive salary package.

Role Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to enhance quality measures across all Apprenticeship standards.

As the Apprenticeship Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the planning, management, and execution of strategies aimed at ensuring quality in every aspect of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance achievement rates and monitor progress for all Apprentices.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Compliance Manager to ensure the effective delivery of Apprenticeship programs.
  • Conduct Quality Management activities to ensure all instructional staff meet established expectations and work towards set objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement and monitor performance outcomes related to completion rates and End-Point Assessment achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A solid background in teaching and quality assurance within the apprenticeship sector is essential.
  • A qualification in Quality Management is required.
  • Possession of an assessing qualification or willingness to pursue further relevant training.
  • Experience in training or coaching learners on apprenticeship qualifications.
  • Familiarity with e-portfolio systems is advantageous.
