We are thrilled to announce openings at Barking and Dagenham College for the position of Quality Assurance Manager for Apprenticeships within our Apprenticeship team.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary range of £40,014 - £42,263 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting.

Position Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to enhance quality standards across all our Apprenticeship programs.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the planning, management, and execution of our quality strategy for every aspect of our apprenticeship offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance achievement rates and monitor progress for all apprentices.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Compliance Manager to ensure quality execution of apprenticeship programs.
  • Conduct Quality Management activities to ensure that all delivery personnel meet performance expectations and adhere to action plans.
  • Promote continuous improvement and assess performance to achieve optimal outcomes in completion rates and End-Point Assessment (EPA) results.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in teaching and quality assurance within apprenticeship frameworks is essential.
  • A qualification in Quality Management is required.
  • Possession of an assessing qualification or willingness to pursue further relevant training.
  • Experience in training or coaching learners on apprenticeship qualifications.
  • Familiarity with e-portfolio systems is advantageous.
