Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold health and safety protocols and guidelines
  • Perform routine assessments and evaluations to detect potential risks
  • Examine incidents and near misses to identify root causes
  • Assist in the creation of health and safety educational resources
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions
  • Keep precise records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of health and safety legislation
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
  • Certification or training in health and safety practices

Daily Duties:

  • Conduct safety evaluations and document findings
  • Support the development of safety training materials
  • Engage with departments to resolve health and safety issues
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation
  • Salary Range: £30,000 - £33,000
