Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic and operational leadership to the cleaning and catering services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Lead on client and stakeholder relationship management, building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and collaborating with clients to develop effective solutions.
  • Business Development: Drive business development and commercial initiatives to grow the Soft FM service within the wider market.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance strategies to establish and maintain the highest standards, and actively monitor quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
  • People Management: Effectively manage and lead high-performing operational teams, including mentoring and developing team members.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met in line with business and group plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: An experienced senior professional with a background in a similar Soft FM environment, ideally with a strong focus on both cleaning and catering services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent financial planning and management skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and a sound understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to drive key initiatives and strategies, and exceptional leadership and people management skills.
