Role Overview

As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and education. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and building positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the nursery, including managing budgets, staffing, and resources.
• Ensure all nursery policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and care, focusing on each child's individual development.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, providing clear communication and support.
