About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at Mears, working in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham London Borough Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service and support to our customers, working from job to job on a planned route, undertaking a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, and tiling tasks to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service and high standards of work.
  • Utilize trade qualifications or on-the-job experience to excel in this role.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and be willing to work in a variety of locations.
  • Have previous experience working in social and domestic housing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, and tiling.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Trade qualifications or significant on-the-job experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience working in social and domestic housing.
