Apptad Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Siebel Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and implementation of complex Siebel solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration with various systems and technologies.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Translate technical specifications into functional, tested applications.
  • Develop detailed programming specifications, write and generate code, compile data-driven programs, and maintain existing applications.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure application quality and stability.
  • Resolve technical issues that arise during software implementation, conversion, and migration processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with IT professionals throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Utilize structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
  • Apply object-oriented programming principles and third-generation language development tools.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Contribute to application design, incorporating latest design patterns, deployment strategies, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Leverage your understanding of relational and hierarchical database technologies.
  • Utilize information retrieval packages and query languages effectively.
  • Gain experience with various communication protocols.
  • Elicit and document requirements from diverse business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
  • 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and other relevant technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Siebel EIM/EAI.
  • 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18, focusing on configuration and development.
  • Proficiency in using Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
