About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Apptad Inc. as a Technical Lead. This is a key role that will involve leading the development of complex software systems and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of technical specifications into working, tested applications.
  • Develop detailed programming specifications, write and/or generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain and conduct unit tests.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration.
  • 5 years of experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and etc.
  • 5 years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
  • 3 years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring/developing.
  • Experience with Assignment Manager Business Rules, Workflow Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService.
  • Experience with Grants Management.

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptable to change.
