NHS Grampian is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Services team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing substance use disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, counselors, and physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our services.
Your Qualifications:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse on Part 3 of the NMC Register.
  • Degree-level education or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Proven experience in substance use and mental health care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and ongoing professional development.
