Position Overview: As a Fire Risk Assessment Specialist, you will be instrumental in the evaluation and validation of fire risk assessments for various types of buildings, ensuring compliance with established safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols to guarantee that fire risk assessments align with national regulations.
  • Oversee the validation of documented fire risk assessments, confirming their appropriateness and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of effective Fire Risk Assessment Validation processes.
  • Generate detailed and informative reports regarding compliance status and performance metrics.
  • Exhibit proficiency in accordance with the Fire Sector Federation standards for Fire Risk Assessors, along with substantial experience in the validation of fire risk assessments.
  • Possess a solid understanding of quality assessment frameworks and the application of PAS 79.
  • Conduct site evaluations and physical inspections as necessary.
  • Hold a NEBOSH Fire Certificate/Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Fire & Building Safety regulations.
  • Experience with BAFE Accreditation SP205 and the maintenance of fire safety systems is advantageous.
