We are currently looking for a passionate and committed SEN Support Assistant specializing in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) to join our dynamic team.

As an SEN Support Assistant focusing on SEMH, you will be instrumental in providing care and assistance to students with diverse emotional and behavioral requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support to students with SEMH needs, both individually and in small groups, to facilitate their academic and personal achievements.
  • Collaborate with educators to modify lesson plans and instructional strategies to accommodate the needs of students facing SEMH challenges.
  • Provide emotional and social guidance to students, aiding them in developing resilience and self-regulation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant credentials in Special Educational Needs or related disciplines. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Compensation:

Earn a competitive daily rate of £85-£100, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
