Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Assistant to join our team, working with children and young adults who have Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is essential in providing support to students with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) in a nurturing educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As an SEN Support Assistant, your primary duties will include:
1. **Individualized Support:** Offering tailored assistance to students with SLD, facilitating their learning and personal growth.
2. **Personal Care Assistance:** Helping with personal care needs to ensure the comfort and well-being of the children.
3. **Social and Emotional Development:** Supporting students in developing positive relationships with peers and enhancing their social skills.
4. **Safe Learning Environment:** Creating a secure and encouraging atmosphere where every child feels valued and motivated to achieve their best.
5. **Collaboration with Professionals:** Working alongside occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to implement personalized learning strategies.
