Farrer & Co is a leading law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reward and Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled administrator to support our Senior Reward and Benefits Manager with the day-to-day operations of our reward and benefits programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll and benefits checking, including data entry and reconciliation.
  • Support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager with the annual salary and bonus review processes, including data analysis and report preparation.
  • Provide administrative support for the HR team, including data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst to ensure accurate and timely data import and export processes.
  • Assist with the preparation and publication of reward team communications, including salary benchmarking data and benefit membership reports.
Requirements
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay focused and organized, with a strong customer service ethos.
  • Collaborative working style with other team members.
