Job Title: Reward and Benefits Administrator

Farrer & Co is a leading law firm that requires a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and the Senior Payroll & Reward Adviser.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monthly payroll processing, including preparation of variable input for the outsourced payroll provider and liaison with the HR Operations team.
  • Support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager with the annual salary and bonus review processes and the annual benefits renewal.
  • Provide cover in the absence of the Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst and the Senior Payroll & Reward Adviser.
  • Act as a super-user of core HR, payroll, benefits, and appraisal systems, responding to pay and benefits queries from employees.
  • Assist with the preparation of salary and bonus review communications and the publication of Reward team communications.
  • Collate and review monthly provider reports and invoices, and assist with the annual benefits renewal project.
Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail and business services experience within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Clear speaking, listening, and written communication skills, with the ability to stay focused and organised.
  • Collaborative working style with other team members and strong customer service skills.
  • GCSE standard, Grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English is essential.
