Outside The Box Recruitment is excited to assist our esteemed client in their search for experienced Luxury Sales Specialists. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of expertise in selling high-end FRAGRANCES, LEATHERGOODS, ACCESSORIES, JEWELLERY, HOMEWARE, and FASHION.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Store Director and Department Managers
  • Provide exceptional relationship management and client engagement services
  • Focus on delivering an outstanding client experience and fostering rapport with customers
  • Demonstrate excellent sales skills with a strong ability to close deals
  • Maintain high standards of personal and store presentation
  • Ensure follow-through on all sales activities
  • Contribute effectively as a team member
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Adapt to cross-selling opportunities across various departments
  • Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Luxury Sales Specialist in a fast-paced premium retail environment
  • Proven track record of success in selling to a discerning local and international clientele
  • Articulate with a strong command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Well-groomed and professionally presented
  • Driven by sales goals and committed to achieving success
  • Confident with a positive attitude, capable of building strong relationships
  • A collaborative team player
