The firm is committed to providing education, premium insurance, and secure storage solutions for their clientele.

Role Summary:
As part of an ambitious growth strategy, our client is launching a new luxury spirits and wine retail outlet. They are in search of a seasoned, driven, and engaging Sales Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the management team to ensure the seamless operation of the store while delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Upholding the store's luxurious ambiance and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring that all products are displayed in an elegant and appealing manner.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions, managing various payment methods with professionalism and discretion.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock assessments.
  • Working alongside the management team to execute in-store tastings, events, and promotional activities, contributing to the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • WSET Level 2 Wine and/or WSET Level 2 Spirits certification or equivalent, with a robust knowledge of the whisky and/or fine wine sectors.
  • A background in premium retail within the wine and spirits industry.
  • A customer-centric approach with a proven history of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, coupled with a passion for fine wines and spirits.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
