Job Title: Fragrance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury perfume brand and its products.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on fragrance selection and pairing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a fragrance-related role.
- Passion for the luxury perfume industry and a strong understanding of fragrance trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
