We are a leading luxury fragrance brand seeking a skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating unique in-store experiences that showcase our high-end perfumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance portfolio and provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging in-store events and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure that the store is visually merchandised to the highest standards, creating an immersive and luxurious shopping experience for customers.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

  • Passion for fragrances and a keen sense of smell.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; fragrance industry experience a plus.
