About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our team at Creed, a renowned luxury perfume house. As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the prestige of our brand and delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
  • Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Visual Presentation: Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Passion for the luxury brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Passion for fragrance or beauty products is a plus.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is highly beneficial and will be considered a significant advantage to interact more effectively with our diverse customer base.
