Luxury Brand Ambassador

Job Summary
The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for delivering sales targets and meeting customer service and sales standards in a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proven experience in beauty, and a high level of make-up artistry and fragrance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
- Lead by example and protect the equity of luxury brands
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailer staff and management
- Build relationships with customers to influence and sell
- Work closely with the Retail Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, and other departments to drive business results
Requirements
- Experience in skincare industry
- Strong sales background and ability to manage targets
- Ability to build strong relationships with in-store retail teams
- Flagship store experience is desirable
