Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our team at Selfridges, London. As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, driving sales, and promoting our luxury fragrance brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our luxury fragrance brands, including their history, ingredients, and features.
  • Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating the benefits of our luxury fragrances.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized service, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Visual Presentation: Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand by maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards.
