Overview

If you have a passion for engaging with people and a commitment to providing outstanding service, you will greet and assist our customers in the shop, addressing any inquiries they may have.

Compensation: £11.50 per hour, inclusive of an outer London weighting allowance.

Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months.

Work Schedule: Your hours will be from 9am to 5.15pm, with a 45-minute break, every Monday and Tuesday.

Selection Process: Candidates will be required to complete an online assessment as part of the application process.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will become part of a dedicated and successful team focused on delivering exceptional service to our visitors.

Morden Hall Park Garden Centre is a vibrant retail location within the National Trust, attracting customers throughout the year. With a growing array of seasonal events, there is always something exciting happening.

We pride ourselves on offering the largest selection of plants within the National Trust, alongside a diverse range of garden products. Our shop features a variety of local and regional items that tell the story of our property.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Team Member, you will assist customers with their purchases and provide shopping guidance. Additional responsibilities may include receiving and organizing deliveries, creating attractive displays, and collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and orderly shop environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and eager to learn more about the retail sector.
