Outbound Research Team Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outbound Research Team Manager to join our team at Kate+Co. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring a team of home-based researchers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of home-based researchers to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Interviewer Training: Arrange, design, and carry out interviewer training to ensure high-quality research.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality research.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular analytics on progress and produce reporting and analysis using Excel.
  • Resource Management: Monitor resource and staffing levels to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading teams in a similar role or environment.
  • Telephone Survey Interviewing: Experience with telephone survey interviewing skills and CATI software.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Experience of coaching, motivating, and mentoring a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Excel Skills: Competent with Excel to produce reporting and analysis.
