Outbound Research Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outbound Research Team Manager to join our team at Kate+Co. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring a team of home-based researchers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement interviewer training programs
  • Lead and manage a team of researchers to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and mentoring to team members
  • Manage quotas and ensure targets are met
  • Perform quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Provide regular analytics on progress
  • Monitor resource and staffing levels
  • Assist with interviews as needed
  • Script questionnaires, test, and provide feedback to the project team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading teams in a similar role or environment
  • Experience with telephone survey interviewing skills and CATI software
  • Leadership and management experience essential
  • Competent with Excel to produce reporting and analysis
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing your own workload
