Outbound Research Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outbound Research Team Manager to join our team at KCGroup. As a key member of our research organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of home-based researchers and ensuring the successful delivery of our research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of home-based researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for interviewers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to conduct high-quality surveys.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with the project team to design and implement questionnaires, testing and refining them to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telephone survey interviewing and CATI software.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and analysis.
