We are seeking an experienced Outbound Research Team Manager to join our team at KCGroup. As a key member of our research organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of home-based researchers and ensuring the successful delivery of our research projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and mentor a team of researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deadlines.
- Develop and implement training programs for researchers, including interviewer training and quality assurance reviews.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and script questionnaires, and provide feedback on testing and implementation.
- Ensure the quality of research data and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in telephone survey interviewing and CATI software.
- Leadership and management experience, with a track record of coaching and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Competent in Excel and able to produce high-quality reporting and analysis.
