We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to provide support to our Transport Team by managing and planning the day-to-day vehicle compliance requirements for adherence to statutory and legal undertakings. As a Fleet Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for scheduling regular vehicle inspections, making arrangements for servicing and ad-hoc maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and plan vehicle compliance requirements to ensure adherence to statutory and legal undertakings
  • Schedule regular vehicle inspections and make arrangements for servicing and ad-hoc maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records and update the inspection planner as necessary
  • Deal with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve matters related to fleet discipline

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with knowledge of transport O Licence compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and integrity to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
