Frazer Jones is collaborating with a dynamic Financial Services firm to recruit an HR Strategic Partner for a permanent position.

Role Summary:

This position will be integral to the broader HR Business Partnering and HR team, focusing on cultivating essential relationships with stakeholders and executing the people strategy throughout the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior executives and people managers to oversee routine HR functions
  • Offer HR counsel, assistance, and direction to people managers
  • Assist with various employee relations issues
  • Oversee compensation assessments and market comparisons
  • Work alongside people managers on workforce planning and recruitment analytics
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and mergers & acquisitions
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform people strategy recommendations
  • Partner with the HR team to foster a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with the HR business partnering team to revise policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Background in an FCA regulated environment is highly advantageous
  • Experience in a large matrix organization
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Familiarity with TUPE regulations is highly beneficial
  • Proficient in building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing all facets of generalist HR
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, particularly with Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This role requires the successful candidate to be present in the office on a part-time basis.
