They are in search of a driven and meticulous Financial and Administrative Coordinator to become part of their team, working closely with the existing Accounts Assistant and the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and email inquiries
- Provide administrative assistance to the Accounts Assistant and Financial Advisors
- Compile sales and purchase invoices
- Generate regular reports utilizing Excel and Pivot tables
- Utilize the Sage system and other accounting software
- Maintain precise records related to commissions and fees
- Oversee client files and ensure compliance at all times
