Financial Assistant | Nantwich | £25,000 - £27,000 + study support

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Financial Assistant to join our team at The Accountancy Recruitment Group Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in finance, working closely with our experienced Finance Manager and Senior Management team.

As a Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, including:

• Supporting the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger functions
• Analysing financial data and preparing reports
• Banking reconciliations and journal entries
• Balance sheet reconciliations and monthly accounts preparation
• Expenses and VAT returns
• Fixed asset management and financial statement preparation
• Ad hoc project tasks and reporting as required

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Coordinating banking and financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

Requirements
