About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ward Clerk to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our ward team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the ward for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the ward team, including data entry, filing, and computer work
  • Take and collect blood and samples to pathology, and make follow-up appointments for nurses and consultants
  • Collect patients from reception and show them around the room, and collect x-rays and other medical records
  • Liaise with outpatients, secretaries, and consultants to extend clinics and arrange transportation
Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience and IT literacy
  • Administrative skills and time management abilities
  • Driven and motivated personality with a strong work ethic
